Before listing I always do a social media drip campaign. Basically, this is where I post—across Facebook and Instagram—all the beautiful vignettes with our decor, lighting, art etc. without showing off the rooms or the home yet.

It creates a real frenzy of interest in the listing and a great deal of buyers come out of the wood-work for my clients. Check out some of my favourites below!
